Shipping Information

Delivery & Returns

Delivery Times

Orders are usually shipped the next day. On occasion this might not be possible. Within Ireland please allow up to 3 working days for delivery. For NI and the UK, they aim to deliver within 4 days

Standard orders in Europe are usually delivered within 7 - 10 working days from the date of order. That does not include time before we ship the product for backordered items.  Non Europe packages are extended to approximately 30 working days.

Shipping charges

The costs depend on your destination and the weight of the package. You can calculate the shipping costs in our shopping basket.

We use Standard An Post ( Registered on request - extra charge). We aim to ship orders within 3 working days depending on stock levels and your payment terms.

You may be responsible for import taxes or other customs fees for your package. 

As each country has different customs, we cannot be responsible for the delays and fees. 

The best thing would be to contact the customs directly.

Returns and exchange details

If you are not happy with any part of the goods please contact us within 10 days and return the item(s) in the original packaging and condition within 30 days and we will be happy to issue you with a refund or exchange an item if preferred. If in the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged please notify us as soon as possible. We will request a full description of the fault along with photographic evidence – once reviewed a refund or an exchange will be offered.

Any goods returned must be returned in their original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage. If the goods are damaged in any way, Moon Mood has the right to reduce the amount of the refund in accordance to the condition of the returned goods. The refund will be made right after we receive the returned goods.  We do not refund the cost of the return postage.

Please email stating your order number and the nature of the problem. 

Packages sent back without a prior email will not be accepted.
